Stonith-fences resources stopped with fail-count=1000000
Issue
- After several migration tentative failed, and reached the maximum number of migration tentative (migration-threshold = fail-count), stonith-fences resources are stopped and never involved in any migration process to resolve further cluster faults.
- As side effect of the maximum number of tentative reached, the failed stonith-fences never come back online even if no more issues are present.
