Google Drive is slow with GNOME Online Account.

Issue

• Google Drive is slow with GNOME Online Account.
• Google Drive which shows up as a mounted drive, but it takes several minutes for any files
  to appear in the nautilus.
• Any file transfer with Google Drive is extremely slow and after some time results into an
  issue with a message as described here:
