[RHEL5.5] csh/tcsh scripts syntax problem

If the "if (expression) then" statements are not separated by space character, the script dones not produce expected results.

This problem also occur in earlier version.

Implementation problem or language specification. Which is correct?

- tcsh-6.14-17.el5.x86_64.rpm
