Ability to configure the Red Hat SSO/Keycloak hostname in OpenShift GitOps

Issue

  • When the SSO provider is keycloak, the user cannot specify the keycloak hostname withing the ArgoCD CustomResource. This is required when using router sharding as otherwise authentication for the ArgoCD will not work.
