The cloning process of Red Hat Satellite 6.10 failed with error 'Backup is missing files

Issue

• Trying to clone satellite 6.10 fails with the below error:

  files. For an online backup, you need candlepin.dump, 
  foreman.dump,\nand mongo_dump folder. For a standard (offline) backup,
