Issue

• Migration of RHEV guest fails with the below error message in /var/log/rhevm/rhevm.log.

  CanDoAction of action MigrateVm failed. Reasons:ACTION_TYPE_FAILED_VDS_VM_CLUSTER,VAR__ACTION__MIGRATE,VAR__TYPE__VM
  

Below error message is shown in the vdsm.log of the source hypervisor machine.

Libvirt logs trigger below error message.

This is also applicable while migrating guests between two RHEL6 hosts instead of RHEV hosts.
