nss_ldap referrals are not reusing connections when SSL is enabled
Issue
When nss_ldap is configured to use SSL and reuse open connections, referrals that specify an LDAPS schema spawn new connections instead of reusing the existing connection.
The /etc/ldap.conf defines:
host ldapserver
port 40636
ssl on
...
