Are we missing folders in our JBoss .overlays directory?

Issue

• We are upgrading to a new version of JBoss and found a few folders missing in JBOSS-EAP-7.4.2 under the path modules/system/layers/base/.overlays/layer-base-jboss-eap-7.4.2.CP/org/jboss. Our EAP 7.3.8 had a lot more folders present in its .overlays directory. So we would like to know has anything changed between jboss-eap-7.3.8 and jboss-eap-7.4.2 under .overlays folder structure? Are we missing something?
