Master/slave failover for Camel routes (aka singleton route in a cluster)

Issue

User wants to start a cluster of Fuse instances, but run the given consumer only on the one of cluster instances. If that "master" node is down (due to restart or crash) the user wants another Fuse instance from the cluster to the start your consumer on a different node (which therefore will become "master"). At the same moment only a single Fuse instance can be a master node and consume from the given route.
