Errata Application errors out due to Katello-Agent being disabled
Issue
When the default method of applying errata is set to remote execution, and the satellite attempts to apply errata to a content host (regardless of method--remote execution or katello-agent), the satellite throws the following error:
This action uuses katello-agent, which is currently disabled. Use remote execution instead.
