foreman-rake katello:approve_corrupted_migration_content fails with services reporting errors
Issue
When trying to initiate the approval of corrupted content with the command foreman-rake katello:approve_corrupted_migration_content the command fails with 1 or more of the following services reported in the error:
The following services have not been started or are reporting errors: candlepin, foreman_tasks, pulp, pulp_auth
