Opening vnc console to an openstack instance from dashboard with with code: 1006 error
Issue
- When launching an instance from the dashboard, we can't connect to the console. It says VNC handshake at the top of the console screen in a yellow bar then in a red bar "Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)"
