RHV SSO authentication fails with "Request ticket server HTTP/XXXX kvno 3 found in keytab but not with enctype rc4-hmac)"
Issue
- LDAP and Kerberos have been configured in RHV for Single Sign On according to the documentation.
- Authentication fails with an error that the enctype is not in the keytab:
GSS ERROR In Negotiate Auth: gss_accept_sec_context() failed: [Unspecified GSS failure. Minor code may provide more information (Request ticket server HTTP/rhvm.example.com@EXAMPLE.COM kvno 3 found in keytab but not with enctype rc4-hmac)]
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.4
- Red Hat Virtualization Manager (RHV-M) 4.4
- Microsoft Active Directory backend
- Authentication provider using Kerberos and LDAP
