taskomatic crashes from time to time - JVM hung

Issue

  • From time to time (about every week) the taskomatic process gets an error and stops
ERROR  | wrapper  | 2014/01/05 23:13:48 | JVM appears hung: Timed out waiting for signal from JVM.
ERROR  | wrapper  | 2014/01/05 23:13:51 | JVM did not exit on request, terminated
STATUS | wrapper  | 2014/01/05 23:13:52 | JVM exited in response to signal SIGKILL (9).
ERROR  | wrapper  | 2014/01/05 23:13:52 | Unable to start a JVM
STATUS | wrapper  | 2014/01/05 23:13:52 | <-- Wrapper Stopped

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.10 (RHEL)
  • Red Hat Satellite 5.6
