Issue

System wide mandatory profile is set for Gnome Screensaver Preferences referring to DOC-21453
"Lock screen.." field is not disabled for user access after setting mandatory profile for lock_enabled gconf key
Settings are not taking effect even when user changes that option
Settings are reverted to normal (mandatory) upon re-open of Screensaver Preferences dialog
