How to find out latest release update RHEL 4

  • Need your suggestion on the below.

    Currently RHEL ES Release 4 (Nahant Update 8) version :2.6.9-89.ELsmp is running on the servers and need to know
    is there any further release for upgrade.

    Please let us know is it advisable to patch the server to recent version and also want to red hat support for any
    production issue.
