Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) 7.5 is using a PostgreSQL version different than the expected one in the default 'sso-postgresql' pod

Issue

In the Red Hat Single Sign-On Supported Configurations Article, RH SSO 7.5 has been tested with the following version from PostgreSQL: 13.2 (JDBC4 Postgresql Driver, Version 42.2.18)

However, the pod included in OCP during the Template installation method for RH SSO 7.5 sso-postgresql uses the following version:

$ psql --version
psql (PostgreSQL) 10.17
