Unable to change port type of Mellanox CA due to kernel lockdown
Issue
o Unable to change Mellanox Infiniband CA port type to Ethernet using mstconfig.
o semaphore write error while querying PCI device.
# mstconfig -d 37:00.1 q
write counter to semaphore: Operation not permitted
-E- Failed to open the device
o Below messages logged in /var/log/messages.
