Configure subscription type at node levels instead of cluster level in Openshift Container Platform
Issue
As stated in Red Hat Openshift Container Platform documentation, the Red hat subscription type (Core / Socket) can only be done at cluster level.
This can lead to additional cost when having a mixed Virtual Machine / Bare Metal cluster.
