ClassNotFoundException when migrating an application deployment (EAR,WAR,JAR) to EAP6

Issue

If I deploy an application for a migration to EAP6 there is a ClassNotFoundException for standard classes provided by JBoss (like org.slf4j.Logger, org.apache.log4j.Logger, etc.)
