MachineConfigpool is stuck in updating state due to `Error syncing machineconfigpool : invalid value for IntOrString: invalid type: string is not a percentage` error in RHOCP 4.x cluster
Issue
- Machine Config pool is in updating state and not progressing.
- During upgrade MCO is stuck in updating state due to one pool being in updating state
- Custom Machine Config is not being applying to nodes part of a pool
