Fuse MB, ActiveMQ: Priority messages not working with slow consumer
Issue
- a slow consumer already listening on the queue with prefetch=1, consumer takes over 1 minute to consume the message, place 5 messages in the queue with different priorities. The message are not delivered in the order of priority. Lower priority messages are being delivered to the consumer before higher priority messages.

-ActiveMQ version 5.5.1-fuse-7-11
