Kickstart repositories are missing package groups after upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.10

Issue

After upgrading to Satellite 6.10, When using Content-View for system build and Kickstart repository is part of the same, anaconda installer fails to find one or more package groups e.g. Base or Additional Development.
