Error when submitting a job, we got the error: 'su: cannot open session: Permission denied'

Issue

  • When submitting a job (with 3rd party BMC tool in this case), we are facing an issue with su:

    Error : 20201149 753108 Failed to submit job.
20201149 753108 Found empty sysout file.
20201149 753108 Possible cause of problem:
Job submission aborted due to error in executing '/bin/su'.
