3Scale - Redis pod throws out of disk errors

Issue

• Redis keeps running out of disk space and when we check the /var/lib/redis/data directory the appendonly.aof file is very large.
• auto-aof-rewrite-percentage and auto-aof-rewrite-min-size are both set but the aof file doesn't automatically get written to disk
