System having LACP bonded interfaces and vlan over the bond interface goes in hard lockup state in RHEL6.5.

Issue

We've been doing some testing here with netem and packet corruption and I believe we may have stumbled on an igb or bonding bug that leads to a nasty system lockup on the latest RHEL release.
We have a reproducible test case, but I'm looking for pointers on what I can collect to help deconstruct and hopefully solve the issue.

LACP bonding + vlan over the bond interface
Intel igb based NICs
