Unable to find the relevant OCP cluster by the display name on Subscription Watch

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Unable to find the relevant OCP cluster by the system inventory name on Subscription Watch
  • Renaming of clusters isn't working on Subscription Watch. We have changed cluster names on the page you get to when you click on the guid, it does not remember the update.
  • When entering the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console and navigate to OpenShift > Subscriptions > Red Hat OpenShift, I want to see the Cluster names and not the UUID for each entry under Current instances. I try to change these names which is possible when I navigate to OpenShift > Clusters but not for the Subscriptions area. How to see systemnames instead of UUID?

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
    • 4.x
  • Subscription-Watch (SWATCH)
