Rsyslog stops sending data to elasticsearch

Issue

After configuring rsyslog service in Red Hat Openstack according to the documentation.
Rsyslog sends all the Openstack logs to the configured Elasticsearch server but after a while, it stops sending data regularly. Sporadically there is data sent but not consistent and not usable for monitoring and analysis.
