Import Images from Red Hat registry to imagestream with selective label / Tag pattern

Issue

• Updating the image stream with newer tags via:

oc --request-timeout=5m  import-image openjdk-11-ubi8-all --from=registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/openjdk-11 --all --confirm

        this pulls all tags which are present at the Red Hat registry including source tags as well:

        openjdk-11-ubi8-all:1.10-10.1638383051-source
        openjdk-11-ubi8-all:1.10-1.1634738701-source

• Only images which are productive and published at Red Hat Catalog should be imported, no source image tags.
