Error Spawning CGI Child With No such file or directory in Apache HTTPD
Issue

One test.pl I get Internal Server Error with the following log:
[cgid:error] [pid 11111:tid 111111111111111] [client 111.111.111.111:11111] AH01241: error spawning CGI child: exec of '/var/www/cgi-bin/test.pl' failed (No such file or directory): /var/www/cgi-bin/test.pl
