Imported VM disk is not booting
Issue
- We have created a new Windows VM in OpenShift Virtualization using an imported disk.
- The VM does not boot and in the console we can see that it's stuck in "Booting from Hard Disk..."
Environment
- OpenShift Virtualization 4.8.0
- Imported Windows disk
