Response time from Kie Container gradually increases when Prometheus metrics monitoring for KIE Server is enabled.

Issue

When Prometheus metrics monitoring for KIE Server is enabled by setting org.kie.prometheus.server.ext.disabled system property to false in standalone-full.xml or by setting kieserver.prometheus.enabled=true in Spring Boot application.properties, response time from Kie Container gradually increases as the number of requests increases.

For example, response time of each request just after our application started was about 1 to 3 seconds, but the time increased to about 20 to 30 seconds after performance test.
