Why RHEL 8 rpms still shipping prelink configuration files?
Issue
- Prelink is deprecated in RHEL8, but some packages are still shipping configuration files for it.
- Why some rpms are still shipping prelink configuration files although it is absent in RHEL8?

No files related to prelink should be present in RHEL8.
