Failure in durable queue creation is not fully rolled-back in qpid broker
Issue
If a failure in creating a durable queue occurs due to insufficient disk space, the journaled files for the queue would remain on the disk. The journaled files stay there though the relevant queue does not exist. The journaled files prevents successful qpidd restart later on.
Is that an intended behavior or a bug?
