Need to upgrade gfortran for installing CHARMM 3rd party package
Issue
- Getting below error while install CHARMM (c34b2 version) in the machine :
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.1.2/libgfortranbegin.a when searching for -lgfortranbegin
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgfortranbegin
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [/usr/local/c34b2/exec/gnu/charmm] Error 1
- How do I upgrade gcc-gfortran?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
