Some paths are missing in multipath?

Issue

• Some sub paths are missing in multipath. I have tried to force lip the HBA card as well, and the storage team have confirmed that they can see no errors on their side.

  • The hardware is IBM X3650. There are two HBAs configured each with 2 paths:

    1a:00.0 Fibre Channel: Emulex Corporation Saturn-X: LightPulse Fibre Channel Host Adapter (rev 03)
    1a:00.1 Fibre Channel: Emulex Corporation Saturn-X: LightPulse Fibre Channel Host Adapter (rev 03)
    

    But multupath is not listing some of the paths randomly:
