Virtual machine agent status is not ready on Azure Console

  • Every VM attached to the Openshift cluster is displaying status in Azure Console as <VM_NAME> virtual machine agent status is not ready. Troubleshoot the issue.
  • Is there any default agent that subsists in Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS?
  • Is it recommended/suggested to install any custom linux agent on Azure VM's?
  • Is the waagent Azure agent supported in OpenShift 4?
