Issue

  • After upgrading to 4.9.9 or higher the openshift-samples operator is degraded.

  • The openshift-samples operator reports an error:

    Samples installation in error at 4.9.9: &errors.errorString{s:"global openshift image configuration prevents the creation of imagestreams using the registry "}
