APIcast environment variables missing after upgrade from 2.10 to 2.11

Issue

  • After upgrading 3scale from 2.10 to 2.11 with the operator, the Custom Logging global policy was no longer working. The configmap persists however the APICAST_ENVIRONMENT environment variable is missing.
