update-ca-trust does not extract the custom certificate in anchors directory.

Issue

• /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/java/cacerts was not updated by executing update-ca-trust command.
• A custom certificate was added into /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors, and it's expected that it's extracted by update-ca-trust to update /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/java/cacerts.
