Unable to see used storage quota for resourceQuota item in OCP 4

Issue

  • A resourceQuota item with requests.storage metric is reporting 0 even if there are storage requests.
  • The resourceQuota item is not reporting the real amount of requested storage in OpenShift 4.
  • It is possible to request storage over the requests.storage limit defined in the resourceQuota.
