Create role which allows access to a pod via shell and console in RHOCP 4
Issue
- Unable to establish role permissions that allow access to container shell and console but with no other permissions.
- Get error forbidden: User "username" cannot get resource "pods" in API group.
- Add rsh pod permissions to a role.
- Add exec pod permissions to a role
