Pacemaker is stuck in loop of unfencing the compute nodes
Issue
After reboot of controllers and compute nodes (after the update) all pacemaker_remote nodes (even the ones rebooted) had their UUID set to null, so pacemaker tried to unfence them in a loop every time the current DC re-evaluated the cluster state.
