RHEV-H nics wrongly named devXXX instead of ethX
Issue

ifconfig reports devXXX wrong nic names instead of ethX and the nics are presented with wrong names on the Admin Portal.

ifcfg-ethX scripts are named correctly and contain HWADDR field as per How to prevent the multiple NICs from being enumerated in the wrong order?.
