Performance problems with network and storage (tape) after upgrade from SuSE SLES 10 to RHEL 6.2
Issue
After performing the migration, performance is worse (even worse than a box with lower specs).
When under high load, the server crashes and gets hung. Several "blocked processes" start to appear.
