Is it possible to pre-populate a RHN Satellite Proxy server from the RHN Satellite server?

Issue

• Is it possible to pre-populate (regular synch) a proxy server from satellite server? This will be an advantage where our Proxy servers are in low-bandwidth countries as it can take a long time to kickstart a client if the proxy does not have the latest channel content as they would have to contact the satellite server to download for the client during kickstart.
