JON 3.2.0 installation fails if the first attempt was interrupted

Issue

JON 3.2.0 installation fails on subsequent attempts if the RHQ EAR subsystem was interrupted previously as a result of messages such as

INFO  [org.rhq.enterprise.server.installer.InstallerServiceImpl] Installing RHQ EAR subsystem
INFO  [org.rhq.server.control.command.Install] It has been over [2] minutes - you may want to ensure your server initialization is proceeding as expected. You can check the log at [/home/uat/jboss/jon-server-3.2.0.GA/logs/server.log].
