After enabling etcd encryption, the
kube-apiserverCluster Operator is stuck inProgressingstate with below message:EncryptionMigrationControllerProgressing: migrating resources to a new write key: [core/configmaps core/secrets] - Even after the etcd encryption show the status
EncryptionCompleted, thekube-apiserverCluster Operator is stuck inEncryptionMigrationControllerProgressingstate.
