Intel Quad port card won't detect link on any port
Issue
- Network card won't detect link on any port
- I am sure cables and switch ports are working
- Switching cable to another working NIC works fine
- I have tried replacing the NIC
- I have tried three different cables

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Network interface
