Red Hat Certificate System: Functional Differences Between "main" PKI instances and "clones"

Issue

• We are proceeding with adding another CA PKI instance to the existing systems to support the requirement of  having a "main" or "original" CA, and a clone CA PKI instance at each site.  In order to perform this set of configuration changes, we need to know all of the differences between a Red Hat Certificate Server / RHCS 's "main" or "original" PKI instance, and a clone.
