Red Hat Certificate System: Functional Differences Between Masters and Clones

Issue

• We are proceeding with adding another CA instance to the existing systems to support the requirement of  having a master CA and a clone CA at each site.  In order to perform this set of configuration changes, we need to know all of the differences between a Red Hat Certificate Server master and clone.
